In furtherance to our earlier letter dated April 03, 2026, this is to inform you that the meeting of the Rights Issue Committee of the Company was scheduled to be held on April 07, 2026, inter-alia, to consider and approve to the Issue Price, Entitlement Ratio and other modalities related to the Rights Issue, subject to receipt of the 'in-principle' approval from the BSE Limited (BSE), in relation to the Rights Issue as approved by the Board of the Company in their meeting held on March 30, 2026. \r\n\r\nHowever, as the Company has not yet received the in-principle approval from BSE, the Rights Issue Committee of the Company has deferred the consideration of this matter until such approval is obtained.
