Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith Intimation regarding the cessation of Dr. Sumit Dutta Chowdhury (DIN: 02117586) as Independent Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 27th March, 2026. Further consequent to said cessation the membership and chairmanship of Mr. Chowdhury in various committees have also ceased and accordingly the board and committees stand reconstituted.
