JSW ISPAT Steel Ltd has informed BSE that IDBI Bank Limited (IDBI) has, vide letter dated July 24, 2012, withdrawn the nomination of Mr. S. N. Baheti as its nominee from the Board of Directors of the Company and instead appointed Mr. Krishnendu Banerjee, Chief General Manager, IDBI Bank Limited, on the Board of the Company with effect from August 07, 2012.
